What is the minimum purchase?

We ship in full containerload quantities. 40 ft hicube containers are the most economical to ship, but we also ship in 20 ft containers for smaller orders.

What size bales do you ship?

We sell graded used clothing in small bales of 100 lbs (45 kgs)  up to 180 lbs (82 kgs) and also in big bales of about 1000 lbs (450 kgs) depending on your market needs. Institutional mixed clothing is baled in sizes ranging from 900 lbs (400 kgs) to 1200 lbs (550 kgs). Credential bales are the same size as Institutional, but are packed in original collection bags.

Do you accept payment via letters of credit?

Yes, as long as all banking costs are assumed by the opener of the Letter of Credit and the L/C is confirmed by a major American bank.
